The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Knititude is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Items purchased from Knititude are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Returned items must not be worn and have original tags still attached. Items that are specifically marked as FINAL SALE, on the product page and invoice, are not eligible for non-returnable.

Returns are now super easy! All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).
Here’s what our US customers should do:
-Within 30 days of delivery date, put all items to be returned in a box/package
-Place invoice in the box
-Stick the pre-paid shipping label (included in original order) on the box
-Make sure there are no other labels/barcodes on the box
-Drop off the box to be shipped to us
-Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.

What precautions are you taking at your distribution center to ensure both the safety of your team members and our packages?
We are taking all the precautions we can to keep our employees safe and minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19, including:
All team members are wearing masks/gloves and practicing social distancing when in our distribution center.
We've reduced the number of team members that can be present in the distribution center at the same time in order to enforce social distancing guidelines. All pack stations are a minimum of 6 feet apart.
The frequency of professional cleaning services has increased.
Hygiene products such as disposable masks, hand sanitizer and sanitizing supplies are provided to all employees and distributed across our distribution center.
All employees get a temperature check as soon as they clock in.
We have monthly mandatory COVID-19 testing implemented.
Any team member presenting symptoms will be sent home to self quarantine and follow all CDC protocols.
How fast will my order be processed?

Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
